Download Policy
Some content sold or provided through Kvng Shxt Magazine (KSM) is delivered digitally.
By completing a purchase or subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All digital downloads, including but not limited to magazines, PDFs, images, videos, or exclusive content, are delivered electronically.

Once a download link is accessed or content is delivered, the sale is considered final.

You are responsible for ensuring your device, email address, and internet connection are capable of receiving and accessing digital files.

Kvng Shxt Magazine is not responsible for user error, including but not limited to:

Incorrect email address entered at checkout

Failure to download content within the access window

Incompatibility with your device or software

Download links are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or reproduced in any form.
Any unauthorized distribution or reproduction of KSM content may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of such products and services, all sales are final.
Kvng Shxt Magazine does not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks for any of the following:

Digital downloads
-
Printed magazine issues
-
Subscriptions
-
Exclusive or members-only content
-
Access to gated or private material
Once content or product has been delivered or access has been granted, it cannot be returned or revoked, and therefore no refunds will be issued.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate charges made in error

Technical failure on our end that permanently prevents access to purchased content
Any refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and will be reviewed at our discretion. Approval of a refund is not guaranteed. If your digital download link will not open or can't be accessed - A new link can be re-sent and the old one will be deactivated after providing proof.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

Immediate termination of access to Kvng Shxt Magazine content

Permanent banning from future purchases

Submission of evidence to the payment processor showing delivery and access of digital content
